Region-Specific Return Policy (7 & 14 Days)

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange based on your region’s regulations:

• United States: Within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Europe: Within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unworn, in its original pristine condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accompanying certificates, tags, and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-designed or modified jewelry (including special ring sizes).
• Engraved pieces.
• Body piercings and earrings (due to international health and safety regulations).

Return Process

Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs and international customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
